The Legacy Blend
Legacy is a rub 70 years in the making, starting on the cattle ranches of Southwestern Idaho. This rub has been worked on by four generations of our family, influenced heavily by the Basque Vaqueros who called the Santa Maria Valley home. It now successfully blends fourteen herbs and spices, to make for a zesty and aromatic barbeque blend. Spritz this rub with red wine throughout the cook, and be a part of generations of tradition.
Legacy is also available in a sugar-free variety, naturally sweetened with monk fruit, and a low-sodium variety with added nutritional yeast.
